Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments, Puerto Vallarta

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Malecon and local shops, and the staff at the pool were incredibly friendly and fun. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, with poorly prepared food and limited options. The rooms were clean but noticeably outdated and damp, making my stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional overall, with a few notable highlights. The location is ideal, very close to the Malecon, which is vibrant and filled with fun activities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff truly stand out for their warmth and attentiveness. However, there were some minor issues like occasional staff turnover and lack of certain amenities like a hot tub and gym facilities. Overall, it felt like great value for money.

The resort boasts a beautiful setting and incredibly attentive staff that genuinely aim to please. Although the location is excellent, being just a short walk from the Malecon, I encountered some disappointing aspects during my stay.
